On Nov. 19, 2014, a hearing committee of the Professional Conduct Committee established under the Teaching Profession Act found that Steven Irungu Kabachia engaged in unprofessional conduct. The hearing committee declared Kabachia ineligible for membership in the Association for a period of one year, effective Nov. 19, 2014.
